Pattaya Blue Sky ★★★

Location, staff excellent. Magnificent value, I have stayed in both more and less expensive places in Pattaya but Blue Sky really hits the nail on the head. TV, WiFi and air con worked perfectly... highly recommended..

Just a slight damp smell when first moving in but dissipated after a day ...

Very comfortable room. Nice roof top pool. Wonderful staff.

There isn't a bad thing I can say against Pattaya blue sky, it is the PERFECT hotel located close to everything but far enough away that you won't hear any music from bars

Great location on Soi 5, rooms are excellent with a good standard. Staff is very nice and polite, they really made you feel like home. Great cleaning staff, and all of the staff i interacted with spoke very good english.

Hard beds(which is common in thailand), staff helped my friend with extra padding so plus points for that. Extremely poor view from the balcony unless you book either of these rooms: 601-605, 701-705.

Great location only a few minutes walk to whitch ever way you want to go beach road or second road...Staff were super friendly hotel was kept very clean would like to mention June who cleaned my room for the 3weeks I was there superb job.

Very nice airy hotel. Breakfast excellent......one of the best I have had in the region. Large comfortable rooms. Great hot water both in the sink and in the shower. Would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel locates 2 mins away from the beachside as well as amenities. The facilities are very clean and staffs are super helpful. We end up stay one more night to enjoy the place.

Hotel staff late night lobby party (Jan 20) noisy & loud......had to make other arrangements. Confronted hotel manager.......agreed for night credit...... denied at checkout!

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a pleasant balcony. Excellent location. I left an adaptor in the room and the staff were kind enough to return it to me whilst I was checking out.

Wifi was a little poor at times.

As always my stay at blue sky was great. The rooms are very good, all the staff are awesome, very helpful and easy to get along with. Overall a very nice hotel in a great location.

Trouble communicating with most of the staff

Large and comfortable room, nice concierge and cleaning ladies,good parking, enough tv channels, close to the beach, reasaurants and shopping.

Reception was not particularly welcoming on check in, nor was the restaurant staff vert friendly at breakfast. However, my main criticism focuses on an following incident where the only elevator was out of order for 24 hours. This can happen everywhere. However, as guests, including elderly and unwell, had to use the stairs up to the 7th floor raeised the issue and requested some compensation the only answer from the front desk was "cannot": no partial refund,no meal voucher,nothing. Only stating that the maintenance company was unavailable, as if that exempts the hotel from assuming some responsibility. The manager was not to be found during that day and there was no one else to talk to. That was the only reply I got. No accountability, no responsibility. A hotel of this standard is tested not only when everything runs well. When such a problem arises the way they face the problem is another test; on this account they failed miserably. I wonder if following this feedback the typical polite response will provide a polite appology and state for good PR how thankful they are for my helptul comments.
